My Second Bad experience with Rediff !
Hi !
I ordered gift worth Rs.2100 my wife birthday. I place order on 11th Feb and as per the talk with seller he is going to send it within 3-4 days. But not delivered. I call many times to seller directly but no proper reply. And on my last call he told be that the item was not available till 7days !!! So, I try to contact rediff support team but no reply for first 4days !
On 5th Day I received reply that they have lots of orders to ship and bcs of this they take this much time !!! - A wrong information ! Bcs rediff never sell on own site ! They just provide platform for seller ....
Again I try to call but they use answering machine and didn't ans customers calls. I send email again to them for order cancellation but still no reply !
Now today I file a charge back on my credit card company. And also going to take a hard action on them. This is my second bad experience So, Now I want to take legal steps on them....
For all this I required all of your support,
So, just post your own experience also on this blog and also suggest good idea to stop this fraud shopping site....
